Devs please help, Visionary achievement not unlocking

So I completed all the mirrored chapters 1-4 and each level within the chapters and got their respective achievements and walked the bridge as a mirror but Visionary remains locked. If it's not a glitch please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Additionally I would like to ask about the wisp in the mirrored menace level. Tutorials I've seen show people using the B reverse button. However when I use B the wisp disappears. Is this a change or a glitch? Either way, could you please allow us to use B reverse. The level is crazy hard.
