occlumency level other half of net bugged

hey yall there are supposed to be two parts to the net to get the owl yet when i play the level only one half of the net is in the level and i am unable to progress or move on in the gaqme. has anyone else had this happen? and if so is there a fix or workaround? or even a game update of some sort that fixes this issue?
