Character token glitch

In one of the classrooms I am trying to get the Cho Chang Character token but the helmet is in a continuous loop and I cant stop it and do what I need to do at 96% completion someone help

Change all your Video/Effects to their lowest/off settings, switch off all Extras and try again. This usually 'fixes' Lego game graphics glitches. You can revert to your normal settings straight after if it solves the problem.

Just got around to trying that and it worked thank you so much. The game is finally 100% completed :D

I've got the same issue and tried your solutions. Thank you so much, it works
But I need to restart the Game witrh the lower graphics and then I could "catch" the helmet right after it reappears high on the wall.
Maybe this helps other people with the same issue.
