weasly joke shop (year 6)

I'm at the beginning of the 6th year and after seeing Slughorn I'm in the Weasly Joke Shop. I've looked up some videos online and there's supposed to be a weasly box on the second floor you can interact with. Though in my case I can only see the box (it's a bit transparent) but can definitely not interact with it. I even reinstalled the game but nothing changed. I can't seem to go on in the game without the box? Maybe someone can help. Thanks!

Not come across this before, but, try changing your Video/Effects to their lowest/off settings and switch off any Extras. That usually gets through any Lego graphics glitches. If it gets you past the problem you can just pause and put your settings back to normal.

Thank you for the tip! I played around with the settings, but unfortunately it didn't help. The box is still transparent

I found out what the problem was. At the end of the fifth year there's the story line of Fred and George and at the end you unlock the Weasley Box. The first time we played the game we somehow made a mistake and didn't finish that part correctly. That was why we couldn't use the boxes later on. We played the game from the beginning, did Fred and George's part correctly and now everything works fine.
