Ravenclaw Tower

This is driving me CRAZY. I've gotten the birds to open the gate to get up the tower..gotten Luna so I can build the door knocker...the grey lady comes and won't let me in. And thats it? I've tried looking online, you can go into every other common room except this one?

There is no way into that common room. You only get a character token if I dont remember wrong, and that's about it.
