Infinite Bullet Time cheat won't unlock

In order to unlock the cheat for infinite bullettime, it says I need to get at least a gold medal on all Score Attack chapters in Arcade Mode. This morning, I beat Arcade mode with 16 platinum medals and 1 gold medal, so how come in Chapter Select the cheat still says I need to unlock it?

I would also like to know if it has to be free aim.

Don't know, but I always played with Free Aim anyway

I don't think that is correct, it didnt unlock for me until I platinumed all score attacks, and I had already platinumed the NYM mode as well so that might also be a requirement, but I think platinum score attacks all around would make sense. And I always use free aim since I play with the mouse.
