Is any of the DLC story-based?

I don't care about cosmetic DLC and I'm sure multiplayer is more or less dead. But I do like story-based DLC. Is there any of that?

I only want to play the game for it's single player story. And if all the DLC is multiplayer what is the rockstar pass??
