it would have, he wouldnt have gone to the favela looking for her, and he woudlnt have helped/saved her sister, he wouldn't have gotten over his drinking problem and probably have killed marcelo himself in a drunken stuper......

but rockstar felt that would have been to "real" for us guys so there is no way of saving fabiana. oh well, everything happens for a reason.
