New York Minute Hardcore Freezing On Chapter 6 Part II

This is frankly so frustrating that I have to post this. Having so much frustration when tackling New York minute hardcore mode. As soon as I kill the last of the soldiers in the lobby of chapter 6 part one and get my results for that chapter and continue onto the loading screen to load up the next part where I am in the burning building, the game simply gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn't progress any further!

Irritatingly, I have attempted this about 10 times and twice, I was randomly able to load the game as normal, but the rest of the time, it fails! I have tried safe mode, minimal graphics settings, disabling cores 3 and 4 of my processor, playing in windowed mode, updating everything, uninstalling and re installing the game and verifying my game cache files! How the hell can I guarentee any progress?? I'm all out of ideas!

I know I'm ten years late but I think the reason why is because of the skipping of cutscenes. I've tested it out a few times and it seems that Rockstar must have overlooked a glitch or something cause when you skip certain cutscenes (I don't know which ones) then on chapter 6 it gets stuck on loading. hope this helps :)

Same thing just happened to me on hardcore it's infinitely loading on the same chapter
