MAX PAYNE 3 - STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS NOT WORKING????

Reinstall the game, check files, reinstall steam and rockstar launcher, remove the antivirus app lock, restart the pc, delete the save and repeat the achievement but I do not get them in steam, I only get them in rockstar launcher.

go to gameplay on settings and select free aim because the game thinks you activated cheats

Yes, same problem for me too, i was decide to reset them via steam console ( was plan to do all over again that painfull way) but they are not unlocking. They are only unlocked on Social Club few years ago which unlocked very well on steam in that year, but now they not unlocking. Any idea why?

Same, figured it would be some nonsense with linking the steam and rockstar accounts or something but that doesn't seem to be the case

Incidentally, there was an update to the game just yesterday - and not to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ launcher as it's been usually the case - so it's entirely possible that it was the update that broke the Steam achievements for some people as also reported by a few folks on my Discord server for MP3 multiplayer.

Thank ♥♥♥♥, I thought it was just me. I unlocked achievements on my Rockstar account but not on Steam.

I'd advise anyone who's run into this issue to contact the Rockstar and/or Steam support to let them know at the very least. Definitely mention that it seems to affect more people than just you and point them to this Steam thread. Maybe, just maybe, if enough people complain about it, they're actually gonna do something about it. Wouldn't hurt to try, I think.

Just FYI, there was another update to the game earlier today but the Steam achievements seem to be broken still. I tested it personally with one person trying to unlock them. They only managed to pop the RSC accomplishment but the Steam achievement under the same name remained locked :-(
