It's Rockstar Launcher that got an update. Nothing new for Max Payne 3...

Rockstar Launcher. It is always an update to Rockstar Launcher. I'll literally eat my shoe if Max Payne 3 ever gets DLC or expanded content. Ping me if it happens...but it won't :P

Yep just the launcher. They have zero plans on updating Max Payne, very similar to one of their best selling games Red Dead Redemption 2, zero updates except to perhaps Multiplayer on a rare occasion. Would be cool to see them add in some extra end game content for Single Player. Maybe a reason to keep playing past the story line? Upgrade your house? Some additional side task? Wishful thinking I guess.
