The only depot that has been updated is the redistribuables one. In other words, Rockstar Social Club has been updated. Nothing to see here.

i got a mail from Rockstar that they are updating their Terms of Service... so i guess its part of that? maybe? idk...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well, instead of updating their useless social club all the time, they did actually patch the game instead this time. Unknown what changed but here is what changed in the files
