If they truly supported the game, they'd fix the broken V-sync, make the cutscenes skipable and replace the pre-rendered low res cutscenes.
2. Cut-scenes are not skippable because they are also the loading screens (hence why you never see any loading screens in the game). So even if you skipped the cut-scenes then you'd still be staring at a black screen waiting for the next part of the level to load.
3. I agree the pre-rendered ones are quite low-res, but I imagine they made these for the consoles in mind, these take up A LOT of space (the game is big enough as it is), so I have no
As for what other issues they have been fixing with Max Payne 3 - other than social club, they have been fixing Multiplayer connectivity and crashing issues with the game.

Cut-scenes claim they are loading screens when you try to skip them so can't be skipped, but in this day and age they last far too long to be loading screens.
they can be skipped but after the loading, that happens in the beginning of the cutscenes.
the pre rendered cutscenes have bigger loading times.
