Why is Max payne 3 So hated?

The guns handles perfectly, fantastic graphics, perfect story, awesome level design, brilliant final boss and does not suck so much like the first game. What is possibly wrong with it? Dont bother saying that there are unskippable cinimatics because thats the game loading plus I never experienced them. Max payne 3 is way better than the first 2 games with chaotic gunfights that are enjoyable even on the hardest difficulty with no bugs or problems.

An ssd can load up the section after the cutscene almost instantly. They just want you to watch the cutscenes thats why it is the same for everyone, no matter how fast or how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ your HD is.

1 and 2 had the best plot and atmosphere, 3 has the best gunplay but the story is weak and the levels are linear as ♥♥♥♥.

Yep, same if you try and skip the intro ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ adverts before the main menu. Still says "still loading". Loading what exactly? The menu options and a mini-background?

Cos people compare it with 1 and 2, they can't understand its different projects from different devs.
MP3 awesome action with nice weapon mechanic, 1 and 2 all about storytelling and atmosphere.

One of the most common complaints I hear is "cover shooter." It's pretty obvious these people are bad at the game and use cover as a crutch for their inability or fear of running and gunning. They prefer to wait in safety and then whine that the game has to be played that way. Had a brief argument with one of them just the other day.

ngl i'm a huge fan of mp3 and it's really a great game to be honest even in story like max finally let the past go literally and even most of the 1 & 2 complaining about the story of it even in the ending of max payne 2 he said to himself this:i had dream where my wife & my child got killed and in the beginning of mp3 he strugles with himself to finally let it go and people don't understand this and keep calling this masterpiece "a flop"
