small mod to disable dof / blur and cutscene and pain killer screen effects

use OpenIV and replace / place files & folders where indicated.

what it does;

removes alll the INGAME cutscene fancy screen effects
removes drugged screen effect
all dof / blur effects removed

gives you a nice crisp and clear screen while playing, feels more like a game now rather than an interactive movie.

no it just removes the annoying effects r* plastered over the cutscenes, text / captions still show up. i need to reup the mod as i've corrected some stuff.
