I confronted one of them, 16bitt, in a multiplayer game. He asked for someone to be kicked and then I was like, "I'd rather kick you, for hacking the leaderboards and ruining the fun for everyone." He didn't even care.

Many people think hacking the leaderboards in arcade "doesn't count" as cheating since it is not online multiplayer.
I disagree. I put in effort to get the best scores I can in arcade mode and it would be nice to know how high on the leaderboard I actually am, especially with scores in the top 100s.
Same issue in GTA V - I reckon it would be pretty simple for Rockstar to apply a basic filter but then that would mean giving a $h!t :p

So I'm guessing MP3 has absolutely no Anti-cheat what so ever ? Because if you can get away with using your rock* account with such a obvious hack there cant be.

Exactly, peoples use cheats, trainers, ruined absolutely all leaderboards, some mod their game and use it all in multiplayer too, no one do not bother ban anyone here.
