Cheat engine use in singleplayer

If I were to use Cheat engine in single player to experiment could that get my steam account or social club account banned because of theyre anti cheat system?

no this game is dead cheaters arent banned doesnt matter if you hack in singleplayer or multiplayer rockstar dont care about this game
you can use any cheat you want without having to worry about getting banned

I wouldnt hack in multiplayer ever just using cheats in singleplayer but Im looking for a technical answer as in if theyre anti cheat system is still running but thanks I guess

like i said rockstar does not care about you either hacking in single player or multiplayer you will never get banned in any case as they dont care about max payne 3 any more its long dead

You won't get banned for using Singleplayer mods in any of Rockstar's games.
Also, don't use Cheat Engine, just get the Script Hook so you can use a fully fledged trainer: {LINK REMOVED}https://www.nexusmods.com/maxpayne3/mods/5
And their Anticheat doesn't work currently anyway.

yes thats true, they didnt even care when it was just new, it took me a while in the multiplayer to notice back then, couse i didnt want to believe it, but it is true.
