The Harbinger vs Master Greatsword?
Which do you think is better? I got the Master Greatsword, which has a damage of 214, can have three augmentations, but it's a heavy weapon.
The Harbinger has 198 damage, can only have two augmentations, but it's a light weapon.
What would you say is better?

personally I would have the harbinger as its a cool weapon but mainly because its light and thus you can get in more consecutive attacks quickly and the damage difference isnt huge but its up to you to be honest

mary lady grey and just be nice to her (REALLY NICE! I MEAN GIFTS). She will eventually give you the strongest sword in the game. OR expose her and go buy it. if you dont have enough money go to bowerstone south and wait for the trader to have 214 apples. Buy them all and then sell them all. CONTINUE DOING THIS AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. You can do that at the very start of the game if you have 214 gold.

it all depends on your fighting style dont be so focust on damage when you can use the multi strike spell to get all the extra damage you need

I found it considerably faster to wait until the Oakvale shop had a lot of emeralds and perfume.

Although apples are a good starting point, you can do this in Oakvale also and work your way up.
