Fable has the morality system and choice nailed down (but there are those that do it better, like Fable 2).
Skyrim has the length and bredth of an epic western RPG with all the trimmings (and an excellent mod community).
The Witcher does the dark fantasy setting pretty well and has an excellent narritive with complex game mechanics (potions and enhancements and careful combat, etc...).
So, they all do things differently, but are all very good examples of what an RPG could be.
Fable is a great 9/10 game for a 1.50.
2. The witcher.
I've recently purchased Fable, but I haven't had time to play it :(
