Nexusmods.com only seems to have Fable Anniversary, but I bet the mods could work on this edition of the game. It'd be worth a shot if any of the mods there are particularly interesting to you. But I must warn you, it's kind of a pain to install mods that aren't steam supported by nature. It's not hard because nexus has a lot of tutorials, just time consuming. Happy modding!
There are mods for TLC, but they tend to be complex to install compared to the drag and drop format most games have, with much more chance of messing things up.
There was never any official support for modding of any of the fable games, and the engine that fable TLC was on did not have any official tools released, meaning that unlike with UE or CRYENGINE or what have you, there was no native editor to use to make modifications. It's more akin to modding something like fallout 2 than it is to modding a current game.
Even what mod communities did pop up never really got much traction, and were restricted mostly to things like reskins and formula alterations for the most part. The most impressive thing I remember ever hearing about was someone managing to add spears to the game by porting whisper's animations to the hero.
That said, unlike with most games, you are directly editing the base file archives to mod this game, making it something not reccomended for those not willing to troubleshoot, and especially not reccomended for those with no understanding of file structure and the importance thereof.
It's really awkward playing a Will user and still slinging a sword around. I mean, I like Gandalf, but Gandalf had a staff *and* a sword, and if I have to choose between the two, I'd rather just have a staff XD
I'll have to be careful with the modding process it seems, but it might be good to get into some old-fashioned modding and flex those old computer-related mind muscles I've let atrophy.
