Canon age of Theresa/the Hero (Limited Level Up Challenge?)

So apparently the aging system in the first Fable was not so popular, which is why they scaled it back in the sequels. It is pretty ridiculous when your 65 year old hero is standing next to your "older" sister who looks to be in her mid twenties or so. This got me wondering what the actual canon age of the Hero of Oakvale is.

We know Theresa is his older sister, but from the childhood sequence at the beginning, she can't be more than a few years older. Is there any official source that can nail down either the Hero's age, or Theresa's age and the age gap between them?

If we can get some sort of figure, this could then be used as a sort of " Limited Level Up Challenge", where you can only buy a certain number of skills in order to keep your age at the "canon" age. Sure, you could go with a No Level Up Challenge, which would be more difficult, but by allowing a limited number of level ups it becomes more interesting since there are more choices to be made, and more potential builds. For example, with at least 4 level ups, we could max out a spell, meaning a will user might be viable, whereas in a No Level Up Challenge a will user wouldn't work too well.

My initial hunch is that the Hero is somewhere around 20 to 24 -ish, which is about 3 to 9 level ups worth.

Theresa's immortal. The wiki says she's over 600 years old. It was mentioned in Fable Heroes that she's ageless. She's in Fable 2 as well, which is set 500 years after TLC.

As for her age in the context of TLC itself, I don't think there's any official lore about that. I'd guess she's about 9-11 in Oakvale and 17-early twenties in Twinblade's camp. Either way, as an immortal, she presumably ages pretty slowly, as she doesn't really look any older in any of the sequels I've played.

Also, the Hero of Oakvale is 18 when he graduates from the guild.

Edit: You can see the hero's age whenever you want by opening your pause menu and going to Hero Status > Personality. You age 0.7 years every time you spend experience. You also age at certain key points in the story, specifically: Bargate Prison, after defeating Jack the first time, and sailing on the Ship of the Drowned. You age one year for each of these quests, so if you go the whole game without spending any exp you're going to end at 21 years old.

Edit*2: This is less related, but you can also reduce your age at both the Temple of Avo and the Chapel of Skorm. Once you're done with the tutorial it's not possible to get older than 65 or younger than 18.
