Sword of Aeons Glitch?

Back when this game first came out on Console there used to be a glitch where at the end when you fight Jack of Blades that you could save your Hero Save befor you make your choice and then reload your game and youd have it in your inventory still when you started over....Is this glitch still there? or did they patch it? bc i keep trying to do it and i get stuck with the Stick as a weapon now instead of getting the SoA. sooo did they patch the bug for PC?

The glitch appears to have been fixed in the PC / Steam version of TLC, according to the Fable Wiki.

Yes. But there is another glitch to get the sword, which involves summon clipping under the podium at the Chamber of Fate.
