Microsoft flight wont start

After splash screen i see a black box and a small box open and tell,, Flight applocation a cesse de fonctionner........ Thats it... !!!!

after updating to win 8.1 beta nothing seems to work as it should. I cant get Microsoft Flight or MFS X to work no matter what settings I try. And those that suggest something, I can tell you Ive already tried it outside of formating and reinstalling win 7. Microsoft seems to be doing their best to push me into learning how to use Linux.

Microsoft PLEASE fix this problem!
