I'm guessing money was involved, otherwise there would be no sense in an exculsive release. I don't blame the studio for agreeing a timed exclusive, the extra cash may go along way and you don't turn your back on the very customers who made you in the first place. I do however resent the idea of a full exculsive, especially when you've created a fan base on another platform. Time will tell I guess. But it's small choice's like that which stay with people.
SOE aren't related to Sony's PlayStation market in any way.
They're free to make games for whichever platform they like, especially since they've renamed themselves.
Either way, I will never buy another Sony product. I'm done with them.

As I dont have twitter and do not plan anytime soon getting twitter they suggested trying to put it on social media as much as possible to show sony that their is a demand out there for it to come to pc.
