Dear Esther was never a VR exclusive game. The company behind the game has made no mention yet of whether or not the game will ever "officially" receive an update to support VR.

VorpX driver/wrapper achieved Dear Esther support. It works pretty fine with all directvr and stuff. Means you can walk freely in your room, crouch and look beind a stone etc.

When I first played the original mod I really wanted to experience the cave trip in some form of stereo or vr. But it wasn't there yet. Finally this day came.
