Episode Metal.
It won't unlock and I have finished both act 1 of Splash Hill in Episode 1 and act 1 of Sylvania Castle in Episode 2 as well but still nothing.

What's going on?

you need both sonic 4 and sonic 4 ep 2 and have both with a save file and reverfy the files and boom unlocl

I've been playing these games for a while now and It seems to unlock randomly after meeting those requirements but thank you anyway.
