We basically need this but Sonic needs to look more like modern sonic and he should be able to use homing-attack, cause that's Sonic 4...

No thanks, Sonic 4 should be with Classic Sonic and the Homing Attack should stay as a 3D thing.

We're talking about a game made by Dimps that was meant for the iPhone, not the big return, back to roots sequel to the Genesis games.

Well, any game that is mainly intended for one platform doesn't necessarily mean that it'll execute bad on the other platforms. Sonic Colors was meant for 3DS and Wii yet it still got some remaster ports? People didn't like Sonic 4 because of the game controls not because of the things it featured such as homing attack and modern sonic design.

Well how about making another computer game/video game remake/reboot of original Sonic 1(of Sonic The Hedgehog? Instead of some unknown island how about Mobius/Mobotropolis/Robotropolis or even Micromobius/Mictromobotropolis/Microrobotropolis.
