How do I get to demonis?

this quest says "take the portal in the greenwort palace square. And there is no portal. There's a palace in greenwort? It's a circle, though. There's no portal there. There's no portal on the map.

How do you get to demonis?

Seriously I'm out of things to do: I killed literally everything except this castle necromancer in the blight lands and he is rated "DEADLY" so I don't want to. I want to go to demonis, but there's just no portal.

Errr, im not sure how far you are in the game but portal to demonis is right to the left of prince consorts castle within city gates. its a huge demonic thing impossible to miss. Tho it only appears if you found the items prince consort asked for, the last one tear of dragon is in demonis.

Yeah I got bored and fought a zombie lich, twice, and then it opened up. I lost power for a week because of a hurricane so when I got back I forgot he said "get these two first" and the quest log didn't mention that I needed the heart before it would open so I just had no idea what the heck!
