no more labels since last update

Since jan29 update i can't play, game get no more texts and alerts pops every time...
Am i alone?
Is there a solution?

Uhm, what language you have selected in game properties in Steam library? Did you install any fan mods or fixes? Did you verify game cache?

Hello and thanks for your help,
well my language is French, but the problem is the same if i try with english.
I don't get no mods or fixes and after cache verification 2 items were downloded but no changes.
Any other ideas?
If i just desinstall reinstall will i conserve the saves? (it seems steam save get issues on this game)

I have had exactly the same problem since the last update. I have stopped playing the game, hoping that it would be fixed in the meantime. Alas, nothing! I find it really amazing that the developers are not trying to solve this issue at all.
