How to overcome the scratchie epidemic ?

Hi, I have more or less finished all quests of the scratchie issue - but I cannot finish, as I am stuck at the last portal, which needs to be closed.

How do I close it ? I touch the left column, I touch the right one, I touch both, I touch bottom and top and apart from the fact, that in some cases (like touching both at the same time) I will be teleported to some floating isle, from which I can transport myself back to said portal, nothing happens.

Does anyone know, what I am doing wrong ?

You have to touch the columns in this order: Right, Left-Top, Both, Top.

Thank you. Ugh. I could have sworn his dialogue simply said to touch the left and the right, and I am apparently SO INCREDIBLY CRAZY that I saved over all my quicksaves between learning that and getting to the portal so I could not reload and check, haha.

I seem to have a different riddle than you.
I start with LR with the options L, R, LR. LR goes boom. According to you I should go R. Then I am presented with LT with options L and LT. If I go LT I will be presented with B and that one goes boom. If I go L I will be back at LR. So the only choice I have at the beginning is to go L.

I made a whole tree diagram and I'm not a bit further...

Okay, for me it was:
LR, L --> BR, R --> LT, LT --> B, B --> TR, T --> Closed

Not to highjack your own topic but...how do you get back to Demonis once you've turn in the 3 items you needed too and the prince is now a bad guy?
