Official servers are provided by the Army

Official servers are provided by the Army

You mean they run servers to provide access to everyone for free and they made the game.

Removing the check by "official servers only" will open up MANY more servers in the listing.. I don't know which will take away achievments etc.. haven't found one that does that yet..

Don't forget places like gameservers.com(no I don't work for them) can "Host" the servers for you as well for a price, which provides a constant 24/7 server and good input/output to the internet... these still gather the achivements and are "officially" America's Army approved servers which you register.. you than can go into the simple menu system they provide and set your server name and the way you wish to play it..on/off true/false options, along with map rotations..

This is usually what clans/groups do to have Admin present all the time and kick/ban those that may try to limit the enjoyment this type game offers. clans/groups splitting the cost make it a win win setup.

The tag Official simply means that the servers are run and controlled by us. There is no difference between Official and Leased servers in any other way. As Fuby said anyone can go rent a server or even run one on their own PC if they have the hardware and bandwidth to manage it, and you will score the same points and gain the same achievements as you would on any Official server.
I try this, but i cant even pass the first step couse it says the target line does not exist.

I plan on hosting a LAN party with this game at my school's computer club. My school blocks the servers, so is there a way i could host a LAN server that doesnt need to be verified for about 20 people to play on?
You can download hamachi
HI do you guys know any other severs to play on such as their ips or such because there is only 3 official servers
check your filters and make sure that you have updated the game to v1.0
For some reason SteamCMD Dedicated Server Package download ID is not working properly. ID that i am trying to use is 203300. The link can be found below https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Dedicated_Servers_List
I'm not a "techy person" at all, but i want to start an AAPG server. If I purchase from either gamerservers or lowpinggameservers is this part even necessary? Because it literally looks like a different language.
