FIXED - 32 bit verison of game won't load, log shows error with KERNELBASE.dll

Two days ago my game wouldn't launch from steam, I can only open the 64-bit version, but I get kicked from servers because punkbuster gives me 'no packet flow' errors. I already verified game files, uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked firewall for punkbuster problems, 32-bit version won't open(won't when run as administrator, won't open with or without internet connection). Here is the last part of the log with a critical error if anyone knows how to fix this. Thanks in advance

Also for some reason the logs generated for the 32-bit version all are put into a "My Games" folder of Onedrive, but logs for the 64-bit are all in steam folders.

fix was uninstall to uninstall all c++ distributables and install all from both 2012 and the most recent

Thanks a lot, it works after updating all c++ redistributables after 2012.
No need to uninstall them, but need to reboot after updating all of them.

Better to download and install both x86 and x64 version.

x86 and x64 aren't compatible, if you did "everything" above. You have to pick the one that matches your operating system. If you have an x64 and install it last, it works. Change the install order and it doesn't work because it only can use the last version that is installed.

hy. i have similar problem, its written that i play incognito and that i am not conected to server. punkbuster kiks me out of every server. please if someon can help me
