the game wont launch for me!HELP!

I downloaded the game a couple days and it worked fine, but I deleted it on accident, so installed it again and when i try to play a window pops up and shows "preparing to launch america's army proving grounds". Then the window closes and thats all it does. Then I deleted it and reinstalled and it showed the same thing again. I don't know what to do now.

click the gear icon in the loader, update punkbuster.
Also check your firewall for proper access

the loader shows up for a split second then disappears and my firewall gives access

I have tried both of those but it still stays at the launch screen and doesnt go on from there

Right click game in library go properties set launch options and enter /SKIPINTROVIDEO

I have done what you said but it still stays at the loading screen and doesnt go any further.

I've just done all of this, nothing seems to work
