Rank Keeps Getting Reset :(

Some people say restaring the game fixes it for when u want to join.

But it hasn't worked. I want my rank. :(

Anyone know any fixes for it???? Or atleast when it will be fixed?

Hello, i have the same problem, every day when i start playing my rank gets reset to level 7, should be almost 10 righr now. It doesn't matter on which server i played, AA official server or not, my rank keeps getting reset. Anyone know what to do ?

Have the same problem... play for hours and ranking up, turn off the game, and when i log in and play later, im back to rank 4.

also frequently caused by soldier names containing other than alpha-numeric characters

wel i have same here from lvl 5 i just bin decreased to lvl 1 i should be now at lvl 6 but lost it again no idea why!!:::::::::(

before i went to the beta i was lvl5 went btea back at 1, not sure if its a beta thing or what
