No, it was cancelled a while ago. AA is dead and the AGS is only working on internal sims.

Sadly I think this franchise is going away but there is an AA3 discord server trying to pull the community together and keep it alive

I hope they can make this completely open source and just let the community take over. This has been one of my most favorite games of all time. Perhaps it's the community who knows. We don't need the army servers to survive.
