Go to your Steam library, right-click on AAPG, go to properties, and there should be a button that says verify the integrity of game files. I don't remember exactly step by step where it is because I'm ill and can barely open my eyes. But yea, it is definitely in properties. If that doesn't work redownload Punk Buster. To find where Punk Buster is, go to where ever AAPG is downloaded.
The easiest way to find where AA is downloaded is to right-click on AA in Steam, go to properties, and there should be a button that says "local game files" click on it.
If you can't find where that button is, do it like this.
File Explorer>This PC>(click on whatever drive your game is downloaded in)>Program Files>Steam>common>steamapps>America's Army: Proving Grounds.
And there should be a program called punkbuster.exe or something like that, run it.
It should start as a download of Punk Buster. It should look the same when you first installed the game and PunkBuster was being installed.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask :)
