only you know your own PC. but you can start by putting Maximum performance in Nvidia Control Panel.

Make sure you lock your in game frame rate to limit resources

run speccy or cinabench u have setup conflict id bet
need a good performance report n go from there
i get 199 fps solid

Same here. I used to play that game years ago and just came back. I have a monster machine that shouldn't have any problems with running few games at once but anyway i had to turn off ALL of the additional settings to be able to play it. I get 20-120 fps. Mostly around 30...

I get 2-300, but I know that some hardware has troubles.
