BO 2 Crash in menendez mansion

Hi, my game crashes when i was doing the mision in the menendez's mansion, when i go out of laboratoryes with woods he kill one guy with his hands and then the game crashes. I play the mision over and over again but the problem persist... Any suggestion?

Is the guy he kills a enemy you can kill? if so shoot him before the guy uses his hands.
