Is COD BO2 Deluxe worth it?
Black Ops II Digital Deluxe Edition or regular version?

Ok, so I havent played COD BO2 before, or much of the COD games, I read the pros and cons , but I enjoy a little FPS pvp action and the zombie maps seem kick ass. I have a family member who owes me for doing some work and told me to pick out any game on steam I want and he will buy it for me.

My question is this. Is the game worth getting in terms of repeat play value? I really wanna try it but would like some user feedback, gonna decide within the next 20 minutes, so hoping to get some fast replies, if possible thanks

In Europe, it is undoubltly worth it (you save 15€ alone on the addional game you get) and both Nuketown maps are fun to play (Nuketown Zombies even more than Nuketown 2025).

In terms of replay-value, the Digital Deluxe increases the one for Zombies due the addional map quite a lot (but so would do every map there). Singleplayer isn't really affected by the different version and the MP only gets one map which isn't much.

Still, for World at War only, it might be worth buying (as that in itself ALSO contains four zombie maps)

I already own Wold @ war just for the zombie maps, but never find players online anymore. and not sure about the COD2, I live in the US, but I am usually a RTS guy, but I want a good FPS to enjoy and IU love zombies lol*I have killing floor and dont like l4d1 & 2 enough to buy atm

Well, most people are probably playing the WaW-Maps in BO1 (which has them improved as part of the Rezurrection DLC, in addion to a new map and the Soundtrack).
But if you have WaW already, the Digital Deluxe is a bit more of a waste as that extra-money just for two maps isn't really that worth it. Still more worth for Zombies than for 2025. :P

And in regards of L4D - get the first one, ignore the second one.

Thanks, I have them both on an old steam account, just been too lazy to buy them again on this account and I dont have many friends with those games atm. its one of them games where it is boring to play alone and sucks if your co op is with strangers you dont know, guess ill keep looking for a game, so lost as what to buy lol

Maybe go in an entire different direction and try the new XCOM (if possible with both DLCs. They don't add much - cosmetics only for the first and cosmetics as well as three connected maps in the second - but if you like customisation, they are worth it).
Coop I could also suggest Payday.
Or, for Zombies mostly but the MP is also still played pretty well, the first Black Ops (with the Rezurrection DLC if you're interested in Zombies there)
