The major advantages are there are dedicated servers for the ranked matches on PC, the game looks a lot nicer if you can run the higher settings and you can do custom bindings and controls. Oh and don't forget keyboard and mouse.
The only PC disadvantage that I've seen is that the playerbase is smaller at about 40k peak hours. But this is enough to find a game with decent ping of any mode so really it isn't something you would notice.
Make sure to grab newest drivers for that GPU and hf.
Spot on. BlOps 2 is just fine on the PC.

treyarch havent learn how to port on PC - mission waypoints stuck, visual freezes...
It is a port... expect a game from 6-8 years ago with the exception that Activision is only after your money with the obligatory yearly release. Pros are: You get to pretend you are in the future although your weaponry is current-gen (ableit with quasi-future attachments).
