Black Ops 2 Multiplayer Missing Executable

When I closed Black Ops 2 it started updating. After that when i try to launch it window pops up
Failed to start game (missing executable).
I have tried everything! Reinstalled the game, steam and it still doesn't work!
Please you need to help me!

Your Anti Virus is flagging it as a false positive (confrimed by Pc_dev on the MP forum)

You can either disable your AV for now or flag the BO2 .exe as exempt/trusted.
