Game not Launching on Windows 11 23H2

I wanted to come back to this game, and attempt to play some singleplayer, but everytime i launched the game, it would just hold for a bit, then my game would crash with "Fatal Error: Unhandled exception caught" I have no clue what would be the case for this? I have tried to reinstall, reinstall the dependencies, verify my game files, even move the game to a whole other drive, yet nothing has worked. help would be appreciated! (if these forums aren't dead)
