well its says you get waw as a download token, so yea you get it, but not sure what a token for a game is

A Token for a game is like recieving a code to redeem a game on Steam, I am in a similair scenario as you in that I would really like to purchase the Deluxe Edition but unsure if you still recieve the WaW Game (Token to redeem).

Hello, I decided to take the plunge and bought the deluxe edition, sure enough in the downloads screen it showed me World at War and I am currently downloading it for proof I took a recent puuush image. http://puu.sh/daN6I/d87152f409.png

It does give you WAW - check the install box that pops up after install begins.
It will be in your games list. I just tried it. You get Zombies right away. Before you had to finish the game - then Zombies became available. Here you get WAW and the original Nazi Zombies from the start.
