My point is that the games have never evolved since inclucing multiplayer. I have likely played COD since before you were born and it is not innovative in any way shape or form.
But bro dude bro, Ghosts had a dog and Advanced Warfare has an exosuit.
Just look at what you call innovation.
Dunno if you are joking or trolling. One of the reason COD retains majority of its same style is because its a winning formula you don't change something thats not broken.
New modes added in L4D2 are garbage I don't even play it or have the need to.
the only good thing I see in L4D is mods. But offcourse most mods are garbage compared to what a company with a high budget would create. The death of mods has had 0 effect on me in COD.
for example I own only COD 4 and BO2, the latter of which has no Mod as opposed to the former, and I don't even play COD 4 it was a waste of money.
the mods are garbage. Only good mods I have seen in gaming recently are huge mods in Arma 3 like breaking point and Battle Royale
Don't forget the advanced fish AI.
Black Ops 2 and COD 2 are the 2 best COD games ever created. And unless you were born before 1980 I won't be too quick to brag about playing COD before I was born. Because I played countless games from Air Fortress on the NES, to Twinsen Little Big Adventure on MS DOS, to 13,000 hours of 1998's Starcraft / Brood War.
So try not to preach to me what real games are.
Half-Life and Half-Life 2.
Oh,and Episode 1,and 2.
only idiots believe that.
COD 2 was the best in the series, goes to show how clueless you are.
And you think I didn't play every single half life?
You seriously expect me to list hundreds of games here?
I still consider Half Life the greatest single player FPS ever created. So again try not to preach to me what real video games are.
Mind = blown, bro.
(In all fairness, I can find things to like about the COD franchise. I have to admit that they are a bit of mindless fun, and there are interesting things even about the worst of the franchise. I mean, I do buy them when they hit the physical retail discount bin for $5-$10 afterall, I just usually pass on their gargantuan DLC cashgrab unless there's something like a $7.50 Amazon season pass pricing error. *shrug* Even in Ghosts, both Squads and Extinction are a bit of fun. If you don't like multiplayer or co-op, though, the singleplayer has been getting progressively more disappointing since the first Modern Warfare.
Calling BO2 - Zombies the best zombie game ever, though, is akin to calling George W. Bush the most intelligent US President ever.)
Because an idiot who thinks honest citizens shoud not be allowed fire arms while criminals have fire arms regardless of what law is in place is somehow more intelligent.
Liberal logic is really idiotic to say the least.
