Corrupt graphics problem
I am having problems with graphics artifacts and corrupted textures in multiplayer for the first time since I bought the game 6 months ago. Small black rectangles appear for a fraction of a second and some textures turn black or a neon color. In one screenshot you can see black textures and that my gun was invisible (everyone else's gun showed up black) and another game with neon colors.

It seems that a lot of people with GTX 560M and similar cards have the same problem. I tried all the fixes I could find on the forum without any luck. Here is everything I tried:

-Deleted all local content and reinstalled
-Ran Steam as administrator and verified single player, multiplayer, and zombies.
-Installed all updates for Windows 7
-Installed latest Nvidia drivers (347.88)
-Deleted all drivers and Nvidia files, installed Windows VGA driver, installed 314.22 drivers that are supposed to fix this problem
-Installed 310.90 drivers which also were supposed to fix this problem
-Ran Blacks Ops 2 on lowest and highest settings
-Set monitor to LCD only with WindowsKey+P (I don't have anything else connected anyway)
-Turn off Aero themes.
-Check GPU temprature. The problem starts as soon as I start playing when the GPU temp is about 40. It goes up to about 60 but this doesn't change how often the problem happens.

Things I did not try:
-Lock the Nvidia GPU via the Nvidia Control Panel. My control panel does not have a drop down to select from for this
-Disable Intel SpeedStep from the BIOS. My laptop does not have anything like this in the BIOS.
-Change the core voltage. This option is grayed out in MSI Afterburner on this machine.

My laptop is a G74Sx http://www.asus.com/ROG_ROG/G74SX/specifications/

Windows 7 Home Premium(SP1)
GTX 560M (2GB)

If you do not have this option then you may have the wrong driver loaded.
When you go to the Nvidia website you have to select in their drop down menu the driver for NOTEBOOK series.
When you have installed the driver and rebooted, then you should get the option.

Select "NVIDIA Control Panel"
Click "Manage 3D Settings"
Under "Global Settings", set your preferred graphics processor to "High-performance NVIDIA processor"

Thanks for your reply. It seems to be working now, though I'm not sure exactly what did it. I installed the newest drivers then installed 314.22 again but this time I clicked "Clear data" or whatever the option is in Custom install. When my screen went black during installation it said there was a driver error but now it is working again now.

Glad you got it sorted. You must haved checked the Fresh Install which removes any previous drivers that are installed. The driver is then installed clean as there is nothing to overwrite. I always use that option as it limits any problems.
Enjoy the game.
