Can my PC run these games?

So recently I bought COD: WAW and it runs smoothly. I'm thinking of getting other COD games and switching from console to pc. Can my pc run these games with these specs?

Specs:
CPU: Intel Celeron N2840 2.16 Ghz w/ Intel Burst up to 2.4 Ghz
RAM: 4 GB
Intel HD Graphics
Windows 8.1
I also use Razer Game Booster

These are the games I am trying to run:
COD: Black Ops 2
COD: MW2
COD: MW3
COD: Advanced Warfare
COD: Black Ops 1
and a non-COD game, Borderlands 2

Can my PC run all or any of these games? It ran smoothly with WAW, so I think it might, but I'm not sure

Warning: Do not get AW it is an extreme waste of money unless you are running a high end pc and not a laptop, you will crash instantly and your graphics will not work with intel, I had to learn the hard way. My $1,000 laptop couldn't run it, and it has intel i7.

Not likely. Your cpu is weak, only 4 GB of ram is low for gaming. 8-16GB is recommened and you have no video card. Most of those games would be a no. Even if they did, they sure as hell wont be having a smooth feeling to them.

There is no way W@W ran smoothly with a Celeron and no video card, that's a bs statement.

4gb is not really good enough. I had a 4gb with a decent graphics card, the whole comp was pretty good for 2011-2012ish. Bo2 barely ran, mw3 ran on medium settings, ghosts would not start. 8gb of ram now, running bo2 at 130 fps with maxed settings.

The issue here is that everybody's perception of what is good is different. Some people consider their hardware good if the game is playable. Some people will not rest until they have 200 fps with the highest resolution and graphical settings. Some just want it to look as it does on consoles.

I'm guessing that TexasRattler expects it to be 200 fps. I think it's fine at 30 fps

30 frames and he is claiming it's running smooth is a blatant lie and not factual. I never said anything about 200 frames. 50-60 is smooth, that is a actual fact. 40 is playable, games at only 30 frames are choppy, laggy and can skip. This has been tested and tested by tons of websites for games for years.

No game runs smooth at 30 frames except maybe on a console, even then you can see some issues.

Have you ever heard of optimizing Windows 8.1 for gaming? Or Razer Game Booster? Those are what make it run smooth. I also think you are forgetting the fact that I have it on low graphical settings. Surprisingly, I don't need to lower the textures for it to be playable.

I alrdy know you have it on low setting cause your pos couldn't do anything else. Textures aren't heavy in W@W, BO 2 textures are used more heavily.

You actually trust those websites? ...Pathetic. You think that it HAS to meet the minimum requirements. That's not exactly the case.
