Black screen after Cordis Die mission

I've been having trouble lately with the game, but after the cutscene where the president has to be escorted to Prom Night, it's just black screen.

Files are verified, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game, and still the same

First, I followed the YouTube video below. I don't know if it genuinely helped; I just did it because many other posts suggested it.

(Note: it also works for Windows 11).

This next item is what I actually believe "fixes" the issue.

Essentially, rewind the story mission (Not replay) Odyssey and continue into the Cordis Die mission again. This is what worked for me after hours of troubleshooting. For whatever reason, trying to resume the Cordis Die mission causes the crash.
