Games >Library > Blops 2 > Right click > Properties > Local Files > Verify Intgrity of Game cache.
Repeat for MP and Zm.
Also update the graphics driver.
View > settings > in-game > uncheck the box.

These are the video settings for SP/MP/Zombies respectively. Delete the file for whichever mode you screwed up and restart the game. It will use the defaults and you can then make the appropriate changes again.
