Could I run black ops 2 ?

4gb Ram
64 bit operating system
GeForce GT 630
1gb of vram

Can I please have some actual help and not people poking fun at my average pc :)

I don't know what you are smoking but you have an I3 wich fits the minimum requirements. This guy has an Pentium D 2.6 wich is many folds slower then your I3.

If you upgrade your gpu to a decent one like GTX 660, you could play this game fine. Though in cpu heavy areas your fps will plummet whether or not your gpu can keep up.
