BO2 on steam deck.. safe?

I have reinstalled the campaign ( which crashed several times, lol) and zombies. From what I have read, the MP ( including zombies ) is unsafe due to vulnerabilities.

My question is, I will be playing these on the Steam deck. Has anyone played it safely on the Steam deck, or is it just as unsafe?

zombies might be fine solo

Zombies public and mp are not safe

Zombies solo and Campaign are safe from what i have seen

how did you get campaign to launch? I have tried multiple compatibility layers

Hey, I have just checked and I am using the "force the use of a specific steam play compatibility tool" and then using ULWGL-Proton-8.0-5-3
